PROJE ÜRÜNLERİ
Siber Güvenlik Yeterliliklerine İlişkin Avrupa Referans Çerçevesi Avrupa Referans Çerçevesi, proje ortağı ülkelerdeki siber güvenlik ile ilgili eğitim fırsatlarının analizine dayanan, siber güvenlik uzmanlarının sahip olması gereken yeterlilikler için bir çerçeve sağlayacaktır. Avrupa Referans Çerçevesi, Ulusal Yeterlilikler Çerçevesi ve Avrupa Yeterlilikler Çerçevesinin 4. Seviyelerinin karşılaştırmalı analizi, siber güvenlik alanındaki yeterliliklerin haritalandırılması, Avrupa Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretim Kredi Transfer Sisteminin (ECVET) uygulanma durumu ve ECVET puanlarının tahsisi gibi önemli bilgiler içermektedir.
Proje kapsamında siber güvenlik alanında hem yüz yüze hem uzaktan eğitim ortamlarında uygulanmak üzere mesleki eğitim öğrencilerine ve KOBİ personeline yönelik olarak tasarlanan eğitim içerikleri geliştirilmiştir. Eğitim İçerikleri proje kapsamında geliştirilen e-öğrenme platformunda yer almakta olup içerikler hem bireysel öğrenmeyi destekleyecek yapıda hem de mesleki eğitim öğretmenlerinin sınıflarında uygulayabileceği yapıda tasarlanmış olup siber güvenlik alanında değerli bir eğitim kaynağı olarak sunulmuştur.
Proje kapsamında, üretilen tüm içeriğin mesleki eğitim kurumları ve KOBİ'lerin şirket içi eğitimlerine kolaylıkla entegre edilmesi amacıyla kapsamlı bir rehber geliştirilmiştir. Bu rehber;
- İçeriklerin şirketlerin hangi departmanlarında uygulanabileceği
- Eğitim içeriklerinin nasıl kullanılacağı
- Bireyleri bu eğitime katılmaya teşvik edecek stratejiler
- İçeriklerin hangi mesleki eğitim bölümlerinde uygulanabileceği
- Siber güvenlik eğitimiyle ilgili ulusal yasal gereklilikler
- KOBİ personeline sunulan mevcut siber güvenlik eğitimlerinin değerlendirilmesi gibi pek çok alanda anahtar bilgiler içermektedir.
Avrupa Siber Güvenlik Eğitim Müfredatı, geliştirilecek eğitim içeriği için temel bir çerçeve görevi görecek ve öğrencilerin eğitim içeriğini tamamlamak için bilgi, beceri ve yetkinlik alanlarında edinmeleri gereken kazanımları içermektedir. 10 ünite kapsamında geliştirilen Müfredatta her ünite için hedefler, kazanımlar ve öğrenim süresi gibi bileşenler yer almaktadır.

Framework through Comparison of Current National Competencies on Cyber Security
The European Reference Framework will provide a framework for the competencies that cybersecurity experts should have. It is based on the analysis of cybersecurity and related educational opportunities in partner countries. The European Reference Framework includes sections such as a comparative analysis of National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and European Qualifications Framework (EQF) at level 4, the implementation of the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) and the allocation of ECVET points, as well as the mapping of qualifications and competences in cybersecurity and units of competence within partner countries.
European Cyber Security Curriculum
The European Cyber Security Curriculum will serve as a foundational framework for the training content to be developed, defining the competencies that learners should acquire in the areas of knowledge, skills, responsibilities and autonomy to complete the educational content. Each part will include components such as an introduction, objectives, learning outcomes, and duration. The training content will be shaped according to the curriculum.
Secure Future Training Content
Within the project’s scope, a total of 10 modules of training content will be developed to provide education in the field of cybersecurity for students and SME personnel who are interested in receiving such training in any kind of environment. While all training content will be designed to be suitable for online education on the e-learning platform developed within the project, these course materials are also intended to serve as a valuable resource for VET teachers and SME in-company trainers to use in their lessons.
Guide for integrating Secure Future to VET and SMEs
Within the project’s framework, a Guide will be developed to facilitate the seamless integration of all the produced content into vocational education institutions and SMEs, forming a comprehensive vocational training program. The Guide will also contribute to the target users and institutions in the following areas:
- Identifying suitable departments for integration.
- Providing insights on offering “Secure Future” as an in-service training program.
- Offering strategies to encourage individuals to participate in this training.
- Defining the ideal target groups within organizations.
- Exploring national legal requirements related to cybersecurity training.
- Evaluating the current cybersecurity training offerings available to workers.
