ACTIVITIES
Workshops
To promote the utilization of project results and to validate the quality of the results, each project partner will arrange workshops involving a minimum of three IT professionals, including academics, educators, and SME personnel.
Multiplier Events
The project will be extended to broader audiences and its long-term viability will be enhanced through a series of multiplier events. These events, totaling 110 participants, will take place in all partner countries of the project. The attendees will include VET teachers and trainers specializing in IT departments, officials and policymakers in the field of VET, officials and policymakers associated with SMEs and the economy, representatives from the business world, cybersecurity experts, and career counselors.
Focus Group Meetings
To assess the alignment of the training curriculum to be developed within the project with the needs of VET and SME personnel, and to better integrate project contents into VET and SME settings, Focus Group Meetings will be conducted at various stages of the project. Each organization is expected to have participation from five experts representing different backgrounds, including academicians, policymakers, teachers, and others, in these group meetings.
Validation Meetings
In the latter phases of the project, our partners have scheduled five validation seminars, with three participants in each session. These seminars will feature field experts who will play a crucial role in validating the training modules. The primary aim of these validation activities is to fine-tune the training content to precisely meet the specific needs of the target group, all achieved through valuable insights and consultations from these experts.
Transnational Project Meetings
Transnational Project Meetings will be organized with the aim of finalizing project products to enhance their impact, evaluating activities conducted within the framework of work packages, strengthening collaboration among partners, and planning activities for the project's subsequent phases. These meetings will take place consecutively in Türkiye, Austria, Spain, and Italy.
Virtual Meetings
Within the scope of the project, virtual catch-up meetings will be scheduled at various intervals to ensure alignment with the project timeline and to avoid deviating from our objectives.
